Substitution of flowers
Due to flowers being seasonal flower types may change but we will always try our very hardest to maintain style and colour. Images on this site are used as guides but we love to work together with our customer to discuss colour schemes and bring your creation to life.
All our floral arrangements are handled with the utmost care and we pride ourselves on fresh from store to door.
Orders can be made by our online site for delivery or contacting us direct on (03) 9193 4425 for pick up.*Local delivery listing below*
We accept same day delivery Tuesday to Saturday providing orders are placed before 12pm. These orders will be delivered between 12pm-6pm that afternoon. Please note, specific times can not be given or guaranteed.
Morning deliveries can be arranged providing that you have made your order at least 24 hours in advance. These orders will be delivered between 8am-10am. Please note, specific times can not be given or guaranteed.
Please note that these delivery times will likely be extended during busy floral events including (but not limited to) Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day and Christmas.
We do not deliver on Sundays.
Upon arrival, If there is no one available to accept or sign for the delivery, and no other alternative arrangements have been made for the goods to be delivered,
(for example; leave at front door or with a neighbor) goods will be returned to our store and an additional charge will incur if the item needs to be redelivered. We will try to contact the recipient with the details provided at time of order, if no contact can be established, we cannot accept responsibility, therefore no refund will be provided.
Delivery to Hospitals
If the delivery is to a hospital please ensure recipient is still staying as we will not offer free delivery to a new premises. We will try to deliver again in a timely manner to avoid this, however we can only go on information provided to us when order is made.
A second delivery fee will incur if delivery needs to be re-directed.
In the event of a funeral, you may require a time of day for delivery, you may request this in the note section and every effort will be made to fulfill your needs.
(Time of day deliveries may incur an additional cost)
Refunds, Amendments or Cancellations
Due to the perishable nature of our fresh products 24 hours notice of delivery date will be required for any type of amendment or cancellation.
Refunds will be issued on cancellations as long as notice as given 24 hours before delivery has been made

Areas We Deliver To
We do not hold onto or store any of your personal details.
All personal details such as address, phone numbers and recipients’ details are all shredded after successful delivery.
Credit and Debit details are handled through PayPal therefore we don’t have any privy to these details.
All phone orders are processed whilst on the phone and no card numbers are written down.
